Green’s Pool is located within the William Bay National Park and is a protected swimming area that is famous for white sand and turquoise water. The pool is surrounded by gigantic and imposing granite rocks, known as the Elephant Rocks, that plunge into the water.
Visitors to William Bay National Park can enjoy views of the beautiful bay, walk to Madfish Bay or Waterfall Beach, or swim in some of the protected swimming areas. Granite boulders and rock ledges stretch out to sea for more than 100 metres on the coast between Green’s Pool and Madfish Bay.
The granite rock formations of the area are best viewed from the lookout at Tower Hill.
